We're seeking a Talent Acquisition & Partnerships Associate to own the engine that fuels our growth—bringing in both candidates and companies and selling to them. This is not a traditional recruiter role. You'll be building the frontlines of a new hiring paradigm: skill-based, blockchain-verified, and trustless. Perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of talent, sales, and startup hustle.Proof-of-Skill Protocol is a blockchain-based system that verifies & stores a candidate's skills, identity, work history, and education—eliminating repetitive, costly hiring steps like resume screening, assignments, and background checks, allowing companies to hire smarter, faster.Qualifications and Skills 1+ years of experience in recruitment, partnerships, or sales (startup/tech preferred). Strong ability to sell ideas and products to both candidates and companies. Proven track record of building and scaling pipelines from scratch. Great communication and relationship-building skills.
