Job Description:
- Managing existing channel partners across countries and appointing new channel partners
- Identifying and exploring new product requirements across geographical areas
- Design and implement export strategies
- Actively identify trade shows across countries and plan participation for said shows
- Proactively update knowledge on international and domestic trade policies, procedures, licenses, duty tariffs, certifications, inspections, etc., and ensure 100% compliance.
- Coordinate across internal departments and external agencies to ensure timely despatch of goods.
- Have a good understanding of product visibility and promotion requirements across markets and work with the digital marketing team to implement and monitor effective marketing plans

Job Requirements:
- Post-graduation in Management in 5-10 years of experience in export market handling FMCG products
- Capability to develop channel partners across countries
- Good oral and written communication
- Knowledge on export documentation procedures
- Willingness to travel based on business requirements
