As an EDI Solutions Expert, you will play a vital role in configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting EDI solutions using IBM Sterling to support seamless electronic data interchange with business partners.Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure efficient order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment. You will be responsible for managing and supporting EDI mapping, translation, and communication processes with trading partners.Key responsibilities include working with customers and external partners to onboard, test, and maintain EDI connections, monitoring and resolving EDI-related issues, conducting root cause analysis of EDI failures, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldProven experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and/or IBM Sterling File GatewayExtensive knowledge of EDI standards including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and industry-specific transaction setsAs an EDI Solutions Expert, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a real impact on our organization's success.
