Job Title: Senior Technical Program ManagerAbout the Role:We are seeking a senior-level technical program manager with an elite pedigree to lead large-scale technical programs.Key Responsibilities:Ticket Ownership: Oversee the bug triage and resolution process across multiple product modules and products.Driver & Follow-up: Act as the 'drill sergeant,' proactively pushing, pushing, by following up with development and QA teams to ensure all tickets and bugs are assigned, worked on, and closed.Goal Achievement: Directly own and ensure weekly goals are met for keeping the volume of tickets under control, aligning with objectives.Support Coordination: Work very closely with our support team and support leadership.Reporting: Ensure timely updates in Jira and generate necessary status reports.Cost Management & Strategic Vendor Relations:Financial Stewardship: Help manage, track, and report on critical operating costs and provide financial reporting.Vendor Management & Negotiation: Manage and follow up with vendors. This includes being excellent at pricing and discount negotiation to keep costs in line.Data Analysis & Reporting: Must be comfortable crunching numbers and using Excel skills.
