Senior Network Management SpecialistWe are seeking a Senior Network Management Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our NMS platform supporting Lightspeed networks.Design, develop, and enhance OSS/NMS systems for resource management, service monitoring, and fault management.Lead technical design and integration for Lightspeed network management solutions.Collaborate with vendors and ensure solutions align with industry standards.Maintain comprehensive documentation for transparency and operational efficiency.Develop YANG modules for modular resource and fault management functions.Design and maintain automated test suites for validation.Define and enforce network security standards; contribute to system-level modeling.5–10 years of experience in technical design and development roles.Expertise in Layer 2/3 protocols, gRPC/gNMI/gNOI, HTTP/2, and mTLS.Strong programming experience in Python 3.x and BDD-based test frameworks.Hands-on experience with Linux environments, containers, and YANG/NMTS XML, YAML, JSON.Familiarity with Netcracker, ONAP, Blue Planet, or Amdocs OSS/NMS tools.Knowledge of IP, MPLS, SR-MPLS, Ethernet, VLAN, MEF, and TMF standards.Becoming part of our team means you will work on a cutting-edge network management system that supports high-speed networks.
