**Role Overview:**  

As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of high-level digital marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be on increasing customer engagement, conversions, and overall brand visibility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and ensure alignment with business objectives.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the development of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, paid social media, email marketing, and influencer campaigns.

- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities to drive customer engagement and growth.

- Manage and oversee the performance of all digital marketing channels, ensuring a focus on ROI and growth.

- Collaborate with the digital marketing, customer service, and product development teams to align strategies and optimize the customer journey.

- Utilize data-driven insights to improve marketing performance and optimize campaigns in real-time.

- Lead A/B testing and performance analysis to refine strategies and improve results.

- Report to senior management on KPIs, campaign performance, and market opportunities.


**Qualifications:**

- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on senior-level strategy and execution.

- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Shopify, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.

- Proven success in scaling digital marketing campaigns and driving revenue growth.

- Strong leadership and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and turning insights into actionable strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).


**Compensation:** $15 per hour
