Pentesting LeadJob DescriptionWe are seeking an accomplished Pentesting Lead to spearhead our penetration testing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a group of skilled penetration testers on various security projects.Lead and manage a team of penetration testers on engagements across Web, Network, Cloud, API, and Mobile security domains.Oversee the entire delivery process of penetration testing projects, including scoping, execution, reporting, and debriefs.Review and validate technical findings, exploitation strategies, and recommendations submitted by the team.Develop and standardize internal testing methodologies, frameworks, and custom tools, with a focus on Python, AI, and ML-driven automation.Ensure high performance and continuous growth within the team, promoting a culture of research, learning, and technical excellence.Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define testing objectives, communicate findings, and provide impactful remediation guidance.Present findings and recommendations to technical and executive audiences.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:BIG 4 experience is highly advantageous.Proven expertise in penetration testing across multiple verticals, with hands-on tool development and exploitation skills.Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring pentesting teams.A track record of security research, public blogs, bug bounty activity, or tool publishing.Up-to-date knowledge of the latest attack techniques, security trends, and industry frameworks.Exceptional communication skills, able to translate assessments and risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.BenefitsThis position offers:A collaborative and dynamic work environment.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A competitive compensation package.OthersAdditionally:You should have at least 10 years of penetration testing experience, with at least 1 year in a lead/management role.Advanced certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, GXPN, CEH, or similar are desired.Experience with delivering or developing training, conference presentations, or industry research is preferred.
