To excel in this domain, one must possess hands-on experience in architecture and development.An individual should be well-versed in designing and implementing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters with strong expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration concepts and tools.Leading AKS cluster upgrades in both non-production and production environments while ensuring zero/minimal downtime is also essential.Besides, the professional should develop and enforce best practices for AKS cluster security, scalability, and performance optimization.Troubleshooting AKS certificate issues, networking challenges, and cluster connectivity problems is another critical skill set.Key Requirements:Collaboration with DevOps teams to integrate AKS with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.Defining and maintaining AKS governance policies, including RBAC, secrets management, and compliance standards.Providing technical leadership and guidance on container orchestration and Kubernetes ecosystem tools.Monitoring and optimizing AKS cluster health, resource utilization, and cost efficiency.Necessary Skills:Strong hands-on experience in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) architecture and development.Proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration concepts and tools.Proven experience in AKS cluster upgrades and application migrations to containerized environments.Expertise in troubleshooting AKS certificate issues and network-related problems.Familiarity with Azure networking, security, and monitoring tools for AKS environments.
