We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Analyst Intern to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for building the core quantitative development framework in Java and MySQL, performing quantitative analytics, in-depth backtesting, and adopting general quantamental principles.This role requires strong knowledge of Computer Science, Mathematics, and Statistics, with Economics being a bonus.Applicants must currently be an undergraduate student expected to graduate in 2026 or beyond at an IIT institution for their degree, ideally majoring in Computer Science.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement quantitative models using Java and other relevant programming languagesAnalyze and backtest trading strategiesCollaborate with experienced partners to develop and refine the firm's quantitative approachFirm Culture:Longshanks Capital is a dynamic and innovative firm that values teamwork, creativity, and intellectual curiosity.
