Procurement Transformation ExpertWe are seeking an experienced procurement transformation expert to lead our Procure to Pay initiatives.Develop and execute roadmaps that solve business problems/opportunities of key customers in the F&A domain using Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Re-engineering, and GenAI, RPA methodologies.Identify, plan, and deliver digital/CI projects/roadmaps, working with cross-functional global leads including the digital delivery team and client leadership.Manage client relationships and deliver transformation roadmaps.Responsibilities:Continuous Improvement: Deliver on committed productivity and account performance improvements.Champion Global Processes: Implement and adopt standard global processes for efficiency and standardization.Operational Excellence: Support automation, best practices, and process optimization.Laws, Policies, Practices: Assess changes and communicate impact to clients.Training and Knowledge Transfer: Lead trainings and knowledge transfer relating to procurement services.Transformation Roadmap: Create and deliver projects aligned with clients' needs.RPA, Macros, Visualizations: Deploy dashboards and Lean Six Sigma projects for mitigating process issues and improving Operational efficiencies.Closing Issues and Incidents: Identify, log, perform Root Cause Analysis, recommend process improvements, resolve Issues, and Incidents.Qualifications:Extensive experience in Oracle Fusion, Tririga, SAP, S4Hana, Service Now, or similar technology deployments.Driving GenAI/Agentic, RPA program deployment across platforms.Experience in Procure to Pay domain, leading transformations across sub-processes like Account Payable, Payments.Continuous Improvement using Lean, Six Sigma Methodology.Project Management skills: Strong influencing skills and clarity of thought.People Leadership: Ability to coach & mentor people, influence, motivate others, work in diverse teams, multiple stakeholders.
