Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to encourage repeat purchases and strengthen client relationships. Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and presentation in line with luxury retail standards. Handle payment transactions accurately and oversee merchandise preparation for delivery. Retain existing clients while proactively identifying opportunities to onboard new customers. Monitor and manage store inventory to ensure product availability and minimize discrepancies. Coordinate effectively with internal departments for smooth store operations. Work efficiently on systems such as POS, ERP, and Magento for billing, inventory, and order processing.
