Energy Modeller Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Energy Modeller to support the development of energy simulations and building performance analysis for green building certifications. This is a remote position based in India.Create accurate energy models using software like eQuest, Design Builder, and IES VE.Perform technical analyses and support project teams in achieving compliance with sustainability and energy performance requirements.Develop building energy simulation models, prepare documentation, calculations, and simulation reports, and review architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.The successful candidate will have experience with green building certifications such as LEED, WELL, Estidama, DGBC, etc., and be proficient in conducting baseline and proposed case simulations in accordance with ASHRAE 90.1 and relevant standards.Key Responsibilities:Analyzing simulation results to identify energy conservation measures and optimization opportunities.Supporting the preparation of energy and water efficiency reports, feasibility studies, and carbon reduction analyses.Collaborating with design teams to provide recommendations on passive design strategies, HVAC system optimization, and renewable energy integration.Requirements:Experience with building energy simulation software.Knowledge of green building certifications and international standards related to energy performance and building simulation.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to sustainable projects.At Susnomics Engineering Systems FZ LLC, we prioritize the development of innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
