Business Intelligence Analyst RoleWe are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to support the creation of risk reporting for business and risk teams.Risk Reporting Specialist:Develop foundational skills in understanding the fundamentals of data infrastructure and analytical tools.Partner with the WEX analytical community to ensure data availability to meet use cases and reporting requirements.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the commercial engagement team, LOBs and risk functions to identify KPI/KRIs.Leverage SQL and Python to query existing data and run analysis on data models.Develop dashboards and packaged reporting for delivery to key stakeholders.Monitor KPI/KRI universe and set standards for reporting.Prioritize reporting to provide context and meaning for actionable outcomes.Ability to work with Senior Analysts to support constant reporting requirements for regulators and internal stakeholders.Prepare strategic reports for management with recommendations and action plans created in collaboration with LOB and risk stakeholders.Requirements:BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.2+ years analytics experience with proven track record of using quantitative analysis to impact business decisions.Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau.
