The ideal candidate will own requisitions, build strong talent pipelines, partner closely with hiring managers, and deliver a seamless candidate experience across tech and/or non-tech roles.Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Pipeline Building Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, social media, talent communities, referrals, and Boolean/X-ray searches.Maintain warm pipelines for priority roles; actively engage passive talent.End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: intake brief, JD calibration, sourcing, screening, assessment coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff.Drive structured selection processes with competency-based interviews.Stakeholder Management Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.Provide regular updates via dashboards/reports; set realistic hiring timelines.Candidate Experience Ensure timely communication, transparent feedback, and a professional process.Represent the employer brand with consistency and authenticity.Data & Compliance Maintain clean data in ExcelTrack and report on funnel metrics: sourcing mix, interview-to-offer ratios, TAT.Mandatory Documents - Please Carry Hard copy of your Resume.
