HCM Cloud Technical Lead Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled HCM Cloud Technical Lead to join our team.About the RoleAs an HCM Cloud Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Human Capital Management (HCM) cloud solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions to meet those needs.Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation of HCM cloud solutions, including data migration and configuration.Develop and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Provide technical guidance and support to team members.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HCM cloud products and services.Required Skills and Qualifications:To succeed in this role, you will need:A minimum of 7 years of relevant IT experience5+ years of experience as a developer in SQL, PLSQL, Data Migration using Fusion FBDI / HDL / HSDL / ADFDI in HCM modulesBI/OTBI reports with in-depth technical development skills and experience in designing, developing, documenting, and testingExperience in data conversionStrong hands-on experience on data migration skillsHCM Cloud Technical Consultants with strong hands-on experience on data migration skillsSix plus years of relevant IT experience with 5 + years of experience as developer in SQL, PLSQL, Data Migration using Fusion FBDI / HDL / HSDL / ADFDI in HCM modules, BI/OTBI reports with in-depth technical development skills and experience in designing, developing, documenting, and testingWe require experience in data conversionThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Benefits:This is a remote opportunity.Other Requirements:We offer competitive compensation packages.],
