This involves ensuring seamless integration with ERP, Payroll, and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Platform as a Service (PaaS).Main Responsibilities:Solution Design & Architecture: Develop end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations.Implementation & Delivery: Lead full lifecycle implementations: requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business teams to align Human Capital Management processes with organizational goals.Performance Optimization: Conduct system health checks and recommend optimizations.Essential Skills:Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting.Strong knowledge of integration architecture and OIC.Hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and Business Intelligence Publisher.Desirable Skills:Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations.Knowledge of Redwood UI, Page Composer, and HCM Experience Design Studio.Personal Qualities:Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.
