Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced team leader to oversee the performance of our team members, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and ensure customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Duties include managing team performance, providing effective coaching and constructive feedback, taking customer service escalations when needed, and holding regular check-in meetings with clients.Key Responsibilities:Team Performance ManagementManage team performance and provide effective coaching and constructive feedback to subordinates.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and timely communication.Customer ServiceTake customer service escalations when needed.Ensure seamless communication with clients throughout the engagement.Client Relationship ManagementHold regular check-in meetings with the client to keep them informed of trends, changes, and development within the team.Foster strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs and concerns.Training and DevelopmentFacilitate learning sessions to enhance associate technical and communication skills.Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance and productivity.Administrative TasksPerform administrative tasks such as sending daily capacity reports and other ad hoc tasks.Provide support to the operations team as needed.
