Job Role: TV Ad SalesLocation: BangaloreAbout Republic Media Network:Republic Media Network is India's leading broadcast news network, operating channels like Republic TV, Republic Bharat, R. Bangla, and R. Kannada. With a reputation for fearless journalism and cutting-edge storytelling, we reach millions of viewers across the nation. We're expanding our team to scale our commercial growth through innovative advertising partnerships.Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Revenue Generation:- Drive advertising revenue for Republic TV's linear channels by identifying and acquiring new clients across sectors.- Grow business from existing accounts through up-selling, cross-selling, and customized media solutions.2. Client & Agency Management:- Build strong relationships with key media agencies and direct clients.- Collaborate with agency planners / buyers and brand managers to create effective and innovative ad campaigns.3. Sales Strategy & Planning:- Create account-level sales strategies and implement them to meet or exceed revenue targets.- Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and identify growth opportunities.4. Campaign Execution & Coordination:- Work closely with internal teams – Programming, Traffic, Operations, and Creative – to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.- Monitor performance, track deliverables, and ensure high client satisfaction.Key Requirements:- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Media Ad Sales, preferably with exposure to Linear Television.- Strong existing relationships with media agencies and clients.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.- Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented approach.
