The core focus of this role is on effective workforce planning.Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies for mid-to-senior level roles across various departmentsForecast future staffing needs in consultation with department heads and create aligned hiring plansEstablish and maintain robust sourcing channels: job boards, referrals, professional networks, social media outreachCoach and guide the recruitment team on interviewing and candidate assessment techniquesSet hiring standards, competency frameworks, and structured interviewsOptimize recruitment efficiency through performance tracking and reduced time-to-hirePromote employer branding via targeted campaigns and enhanced candidate engagement initiativesCreate seamless candidate experiences through clear communication and feedback loopsManage recruitment dashboards, reports, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)Requirements:Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience with strong hands-on recruitment expertiseExperience in hiring for diverse business and technical roles in rapidly growing companiesAbility to partner with leadership, influence decisions, and manage stakeholder expectations effectivelyProficiency in modern hiring tools and ATS platformsData-driven approach to enhancing recruitment metrics and hiring strategiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsComfortable working remotely with distributed teams
