As a Business Development Partner, you will have the opportunity to work with our leadership team and be part of a growing international ecosystem serving clients across UAE, KSA, India, and Europe. Earn attractive commissions per project or resource placement.Option to convert to a retainer or regional partnership based on performance.Flexible engagement — work remotely or regionally with our global business team.Key Responsibilities:Client & Project Acquisition Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients for IT development, AI integration, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, and cloud transformation projects.Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to create proposals, quotations, and presentations.Manage relationships, follow-ups, and conversion of leads into long-term clients.Talent & Resource Collaboration Partner with recruiters, staffing firms, and HR professionals to source pre-vetted engineers and specialized IT talent for our ongoing and upcoming projects.Align with clients' tech requirements (React, Node.js, Python, Flutter, DevOps, QA, etc.) and ensure smooth coordination until onboarding.Maintain regular communication with HR and Delivery teams for status updates.Strategic Partnership Development Build regional and industry-specific networks (IT, FinTech, Healthcare, Real Estate, etc.).Represent us on digital platforms, events, and conferences to expand our business footprint.Drive co-branding or collaboration opportunities with local IT consultants and talent agencies.
