Key Growth RoleWe are seeking a skilled Growth Marketer to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth across various channels.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing and a deep understanding of what drives growth. You will work closely with the founder to identify opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.Your responsibilities will include:Repurposing existing content into engaging formats for various channelsDeveloping and executing content distribution strategies across multiple platformsManaging paid ad campaigns and optimizing for performanceIdentifying and building influencer partnerships that drive growthBuilding and growing email lists and newsletter engagementTracking and analyzing performance metrics to inform future decisionsYou will also be responsible for experimenting with new channels, formats, and growth tactics to stay ahead of the competition.To be successful in this role, you will need:2-5 years of experience in marketing or a related fieldA clear track record of results and a deep understanding of what drives growthExperience working with AI and creator economy businesses
