Role & responsibilitiesCreate and enhance digital and print marketing materials such as banners, posters, flyers, and social media graphics using Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.Develop eye-catching visuals and layouts for campaigns, product launches, and promotions tailored for the bubble tea industry.Use AI-driven tools for creative tasks, such as automating design elements, generating imagery for promotions, or optimizing social content for engagement and brand consistency.Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to ensure all content aligns with strategic goals, brand guidelines, and audience preferences.Stay updated on the latest trends in graphic design, AI-powered content creation, and digital marketing for food and beverage businesses.Preferred candidate profileStrong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with AI content generation tools (e.g., DALL•E, Midjourney, or similar).At least 1 year of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or AI-powered creative production, preferably in F&B or retail.A strong portfolio demonstrating creative work across digital and print formats, including examples of AI-assisted designs, is essential.Knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.Ability to work to deadlines, manage multiple projects, and adapt quickly to campaign needs.Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.Desirable QualitiesCreative thinking, attention to detail, and familiarity with emerging trends in AI-driven marketing contentExperience in the food and beverage or retail marketing sector
