Senior Shopify Full Stack Developer

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our e-Commerce practice. This role requires strong expertise across both front-end and back-end technologies, along with practical experience in Shopify+ front-end development. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to build and maintain scalable, user-focused eCommerce solutions.This position is ideal for a developer who can take ownership of projects end-to-end, with a good understanding of eCommerce architecture and a hands-on approach to both UI/UX and server-side logic.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional, scalable solutionsDesign and build full-stack applications with an emphasis on performance, responsiveness, and maintainabilityWork on Shopify+ front-end development including custom theme development, and leveraging Shopify Plus features like Scripts and FlowsCollaborate with architects to define technical solutions and integration pointsWrite clean, reusable, and testable code for both front-end and back-end componentsOptimize applications for speed and performance across browsers and devicesConduct code reviews and unit testing to maintain code qualityMaintain technical documentation for future reference and updatesProfileBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)3–5 years of experience in technical development rolesAt least 1 year of hands-on experience with Shopify+ front-end development, including familiarity with Shopify Scripts and FlowsProficient in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React or AngularExperience in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, .NET, or JavaStrong understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrationsExperience with Git and tools like SourceTree or BitbucketFamiliar with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologiesBonus: Experience working in eCommerce environments and deploying to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
