Assistant Manager Innovation Programs Job DescriptionT-Hub is a leading innovation ecosystem enabling and empowering an economy led by innovation.As a catalyst for innovation, we have supported over 3,000 startups and facilitated corporate innovation engagements across various sectors including deep tech sustainability mobility BFSI ITES Healthcare and more.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to coordinate the delivery of innovation programs.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management Engineering or a related discipline with at least 4 years of total work experience and a minimum of 3 years in project management incubation or program execution roles.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Coordinating logistics communications participant onboarding and follow-up for innovation programs.Developing and tracking comprehensive program plans in collaboration with the Director International Programs and program leads.Maintaining program dashboards documentation and status reports providing regular updates on progress risks and issues.Liaising with internal teams and external vendors/partners to ensure seamless delivery of all program components.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram planning and coordination.Logistics and operations management.Communication and stakeholder management.Project execution and reporting.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Management Engineering or a related discipline.At least 4 years of total work experience.Minimum 3 years of experience in project management incubation or program execution roles.What We OfferA dynamic and innovative work environment.
