Job Overview:

The job of Office administration involves interaction with management team / Clients / Customers / Suppliers. Tasks such as: Call handling / Email writing / Spreadsheets / Money management.


As a UK-based company, we require candidates to work according to the UK time zone of 9am to 5pm.

As a varied role and you will be a key member of the core team, Building the teams as we grow, so the potential to lead the team of thousands of staff is truly exciting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Dashboards, on browsers, really good at using and navigating around those
  • Taking customer payments – on multiple platforms such as POS Card reader / BACS / Merchant services like stripe.com

·       Reconcile all payments check anomalies and aim to rectify payments.

  • Call handling maybe upto 20 calls a day only.
  • Really good with mobile apps and chat apps.
  • Admin tasks in office for Managers, where priorities can change suddenly
  • Read documents that you have been instructed to learn and read.
  • Time keeping. Be on time and available in UK time zone.
  • Writing Documents & new Procedures of things learnt that are valuable to company.

·      Experience of QuickBooks or Xero for managing Utility payments and costings for supplies of gas / electricity / water / internet and getting best value. 

·      Keep an eye on spending.

·       Updating the CRM system, maintain communications with field engineers & customers.




Required Skills:

  • Learn extremely fast, new systems and new work tools – use the internet to learn.
  • Use AI Artificial intelligence: use it, keep learning with it, do your work faster with it.
  • Very well-spoken English, at a level to converse with UK British customers.
  • Speak Gujrati or Urdu as a native language. 

·       Teamworking skills with the Right can-do attitude & Problem-solving approach.

·       Very good Organisational skills, ability to create Spreadsheets in MS Excel.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in some Admin work, or other similar certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from a good University, or a related field with at least 7 years of post-degree experience.


Preferred experience

·      Some work experience in hospitality / food / bars / restaurant industry – Sales or Service.

·      Experience in a call centre

  • Experience working in both large international corporate company and small businesses.
