Role & Responsibilities

  • Well versed with Procurement of Consumable, Pantry housekeeping, M&E Spares
  • Experience in Contract management – AMC, Service contracts, Manpower contracts
  • Experience aligning vendor for Breakdown maintenance of equipment’s and Systems, civil and interior repairs, and modifications
  • Experience with IT equipment procurement – Laptops, desktops, etc.
  • Prepare negotiation strategies & close deals with optimal terms
  • Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
  • Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
  • Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
  • Examine and test existing contracts
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness
  • Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
  • Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
  • Creation of vendor base/master across different zones
  • Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
  • Assess, manage, and mitigate purchase risks
  • Assist in procurement process design
  • Seek and partner with reliable vendors and supplier
  • Ensuring regular monitoring of the project budget
  • Regularly contacting suppliers to renegotiate prices.
  • Resolving disputes & claims with vendors and suppliers
  • Creating BOQ estimates based on set drawings and further preparing a detailed budget for the same.
  • Conduct market analysis to know the current rates of the materials
  • Monitoring and controlling the cost of projects from concept to completion.
  • Have knowledge of vendors/suppliers and provide support for comparative and analysis in vendor selection as needed.
  • Periodic analysis of the status of projects with respect to cost and analysis of alternative solutions to manage project budgets
  • Maintain all the documents for total compliance related to design, contractors, legal and other matters as per company standards
