Professional Growth and Training LeaderThe ideal candidate will act as a key enabler of corporate learning initiatives, responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating impactful training programs across the organization. This role will play a critical part in enhancing the efficiency and performance of employees, managers, and leaders across all departments.Key Responsibilities include:Developing comprehensive L&D strategies aligned with business objectives.Crafting high-quality training modules on company culture and values, product knowledge, technical skills, software tools, and productivity systems.Conducting regular training needs assessments using surveys, feedback, and performance data.Responsibilities also include:Delivering effective in-house training sessions as a Corporate Trainer.Providing high-impact training for Directors, Category Managers, Senior Leaders, and other key teams.Overseeing onboarding and induction programs to ensure cultural and functional readiness for new hires.Additionally, the Professional Growth and Training Leader will be responsible for:Buidling and leading a high-performing L&D team.Coaching and mentoring internal trainers and training coordinators.Fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.The successful candidate will have:Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Learning & Development or Corporate Training.Prior experience in EdTech or education/training-related industries is highly preferred.Strong understanding of academic and technical content related to professional development.Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills in English.Hands-on experience with LMS systems and learning technologies.
