What You’ll Do You will:  run growth for multiple D2 C brands - not “support”, run.  Lead client communication with founders, operators, and marketing heads Own brand performance end-to-end - revenue, ROAS, CAC, retention Build and execute full-funnel strategies across ads, retention, CRO, landing pages, and creative Analyze numbers daily, spot patterns, and turn insights into action Manage weekly/monthly brand reviews with clarity, confidence, and direction Coordinate with performance, creative, copy, retention, design, and ops teams to keep momentum alive Drive experiments: offers, funnels, creatives, segments, pages and report outcomes Think business, not channels and make decisions that improve scale & profitability If you want to be the person clients call when they need clarity, direction, and truth - this role is for you.
