Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot for the Head of Sales Department. The primary responsibilities include managing the sales team, strategizing sales initiatives, and achieving revenue targets. You will drive business growth through account management, develop relationships with new clients, and nurture existing partnerships. The role also involves analyzing market trends, creating sales forecasts, and aligning strategies with the organizational goals. Additionally, the Head of Sales will ensure the team's success through effective mentorship and leadership. Qualifications Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue and meet organizational targets Proficiency in Team Management and Account Management to lead and develop a high-performing sales team and maintain customer relationships Excellent Analytical Skills to conduct market analysis and develop data-driven sales strategies Proven ability to build client relationships and negotiate effectively Experience in the manufacturing or industrial machinery sector is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in English and regional language(s) is highly desirable
