Integration SpecialistDesign and implement integrations between enterprise systems using Boomi iPaaS.Integration Development: Create seamless data exchange between UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Pro and HR, payroll, ERP, and timekeeping systems using Boomi.API & Connector Management: Configure APIs, connectors, and web services for reliable integration performance.Error Handling & Monitoring: Implement monitoring, logging, and exception handling to ensure optimal integration efficiency.Performance Optimization: Tune Boomi processes for scalability, compliance with enterprise standards, and high-performance integration.Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, integration maps, and support guides.Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including HRIS, payroll, IT, and vendors to deliver successful deployments and ongoing support.Support & Troubleshooting: Provide level 2/3 support for integration issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience with UKG WFM Pro integrations.2+ years of hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere.Boomi Professional Developer certification is a plus.Experience with HRIS, Payroll, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) is an advantage.Strong knowledge of UKG WFM Pro modules, configuration, and data structures.Proficiency in integration development, deployment, and administration with Boomi.Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs, flat files, SFTP, and middleware integration patterns.Expertise in data mapping, transformation, and validation across HR/Payroll systems.Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, Groovy, Python) for custom logic in Boomi.Understanding of cloud-based integration, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and data security best practices.
