MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFG’s global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia PacificAbout the Role:Position Title: DocuSign Forms AnalystCorporate Title: AnalystReporting to: Vice PresidentLocation: MGS - Bengaluru Job Profile:Position details:Role Summary:Manage and administer the DocuSign eSignature platform, including user accounts, templates, and workflows.Collaborate with internal teams to understand their eSignature requirements and provide tailored solutions.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to electronic signatures.Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to the eSignature process, providing timely resolutions.Stay updated on the latest features and best practices for DocuSign eSignature.Participate in an Agile Squad with responsibilities of configuring documents that will be used to gather data and signatures from clients electronically.Update JIRA stories with comments and ensure completion of tasks within each 2-week sprintWork with stakeholders to translate business needs into Design and create customer facing forms following Bank standards using Microsoft Word and/or Adobe AcrobatConfigure forms within DocuSign for electronic completion and signature.
