MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFG’s global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific About the Role: Position Title: Docu Sign Forms Analyst Corporate Title: Analyst Reporting to: Vice President Location: MGS - Bengaluru Job Profile: Position details: Role Summary: Manage and administer the Docu Sign e Signature platform, including user accounts, templates, and workflows. Collaborate with internal teams to understand their e Signature requirements and provide tailored solutions. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to electronic signatures. Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to the e Signature process, providing timely resolutions. Stay updated on the latest features and best practices for Docu Sign e Signature. Participate in an Agile Squad with responsibilities of configuring documents that will be used to gather data and signatures from clients electronically. Update JIRA stories with comments and ensure completion of tasks within each 2-week sprint Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into Design and create customer facing forms following Bank standards using Microsoft Word and/or Adobe Acrobat Configure forms within Docu Sign for electronic completion and signature. Configure routing and workflow within Docu Sign per business needs. End to end testing of Docu Sign templates to ensure proper workflow and form design. Skills & Competencies: Proven experience with Docu Sign e Signature or similar electronic signature platforms. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience using Microsoft Word Experience with Form Design in Adobe Acrobat Ability to work independently as well as collaborating with team members Strong analytical skills and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with Docu Sign template design is a plus. Financial services industry experience is a plus.
