Job DescriptionThe primary function of this role is to ensure the smooth delivery of cybersecurity operations across multiple technology domains.The Security Operation Delivery Manager oversees the execution of daily cybersecurity operations, driving performance and stakeholder engagement through data insights and collaboration with various teams.The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), contractual deliverables, and service quality targets.This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams across SOC/SIEM, Email Security, IAM, Cloud, and Network Security to drive service improvement and automation initiatives.The Security Operation Delivery Manager will oversee the management of specialized tools and platforms such as Azure Sentinel, Flare, Cybel Angel, Qualys, Anomali, and MDO.Daily stand-ups will be conducted to maintain operational control, visibility, and alignment.The position requires analyzing operational metrics and KPIs, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders and clients.Reporting will be a key responsibility, including timely and accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports aligned with contractual terms and governance standards.The Security Operation Delivery Manager will handle escalations effectively, support scope changes, and ensure compliance with audit and governance frameworks.Key Skills:1.
