As a key contributor, you'll play a central role in crafting experiences that blend intelligence, automation, and trust—powering millions of interactions across banks, credit unions, and their customers.You'll be responsible for building responsive, user-centric interfaces that make advanced AI capabilities intuitive and accessible. This role requires strong fullstack expertise, a keen eye for interaction design, and the ability to develop frontend, backend, and AI systems that power natural, personalized, and context-aware conversations.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain modern, performant web interfaces using React (or equivalent), delivering high-quality experiences across desktop and mobileYou will build the backend APIs (Node.js), orchestration layers, and real-time messaging systemsCollaborate closely with designers and product managers to turn wireframes and prototypes into elegant, production-ready experiencesDesign and implement frontend patterns, design systems, and reusable UI components that scale across use casesHandle session management, personalization logic, and dynamic content rendering to support intelligent agent behaviorOptimize for accessibility, localization, responsiveness, and performance across browsers and devicesRequirements:9+ years of professional experience in frontend or full-stack engineeringAdvanced proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, accessibility (a11y), and responsive design principlesExperience in building backend systems working with real-time data and WebSocket-style protocolsStrong product sensibility and empathy for UX, edge cases, and error states in interactive flowsBenefits:Remote-first culture – Work from anywhere, with top-tier colleagues.High ownership, high impact – Your work will define the future of banking.Comprehensive Benefits – We take care of our people.Join us in shaping the future of AI in financial services],
