Title: Senior Executive - Timesheet Management

Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Strong expertise in MS Excel and Word, ideally with a finance background.
- Activating timesheet IDs in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations System) for new joiners and deactivating IDs for exits.
- Managing team/delegate mapping of Executive Assistants and ensuring appropriate access.
- Handling timesheet entries after lockouts, deletion and correction requests, and addressing queries from lawyers and Executive Assistants.
- Monitoring timesheet entries of lawyers and time entries analysis.
- Sharing Timesheet lockout and Hour’s data with HR team and lawyers.
- Working on PSC data and sharing it with HR team, counsels, and partners.
- Integrating CRM, creating matters across all locations, mapping lawyers, and notifying them. Tracking engagement letters.
- Updating rates for matters in the system and maintaining a common folder for storing engagement letters for quick access.

EXPERIENCE:

- 4+ years of experience in data analysis or a related finance role.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Advanced skills in MS Excel, especially for data analysis, monitoring, and handling complex timesheet data.
- Proficiency in MS Word for documentation, reporting, and communication. • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong attention to detail for tracking, analyzing, and verifying timesheet data and financial entries
