Role OverviewWe are seeking an IT Recruiter & Talent Outreach Executive with 2–4 years of experience in IT staffing or technical recruiting. This role combines end-to-end recruitment with strategic outreach to HR executives and decision-makers. The right candidate will be skilled at identifying IT talent, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other hiring platforms, and confidently engaging with both candidates and clients in English.
Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, and engage IT candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT/technical roles, from sourcing to placement.
- Review IT job descriptions and assess technical skills to ensure accurate fit.
- Proactively reach out to HR leaders, hiring managers, and executives to introduce FutureSoft’s services.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and client contact databases.
- Track recruitment and outreach metrics to measure success.
- Partner with leadership on staffing strategies and business development initiatives.
- Two to four years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technical roles.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms.
- Solid understanding of IT roles such as developers, engineers, analysts, and project managers.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance recruitment and outreach/business development tasks.
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
