Key Responsibilities: Providing Application Support for SAP Ariba is a critical task. As an Offshore Consultant, you will be responsible for handling Level 2 and Level 3 Incidents.You will investigate incidents and Problem tickets assigned to you, provide resolution as per Service Levels defined, and restore business continuity as quickly as possible.
