This role requires strong leadership, customer handling, and automotive sales experience.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and guide a team of Sales Consultants to meet or exceed sales targets.Assist team members in closing high-value or complex deals.Monitor daily activities, lead follow-ups, and enquiry handling.Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.Ensure proper documentation, vehicle delivery, and customer satisfaction.Coordinate with other departments like Finance, Insurance, and Delivery for seamless operations.Track and improve enquiry conversion ratio.Provide product knowledge and sales process training to new sales staff.Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them efficiently.Report daily/weekly/monthly performance to the Sales Manager.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesGood understanding of automotive sales processAbility to analyze data and make strategic decisionsCustomer-oriented approachTarget-driven and proactiveEligibility & Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (MBA Preferred)Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales as a Team Leader.Must possess a valid Driving License (both two-wheeler & four wheeler mandatory)Working knowledge of MS Excel and DMS/CRM softwareSalary & Benefits:Salary: Based on experience and performanceIncentives: Performance-based incentives as per dealership policyOther Benefits: Training, career growth path, and employee benefitsCareer Path:Sales Team Leader → Assistant Sales Manager → Sales Manager → General Manager - SalesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per monthJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementProvident FundWork Location: In person
