  • Contribute actively to NAAC/NBA accreditation processes, including data compilation, documentation, and continuous improvement planning.
  • Participate in internal academic audits and quality benchmarking exercises.
  • Support implementation of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and AICTE/UGC compliance.



4. Institutional Contribution & Events


  • Lead or contribute to management events, conferences, seminars, and student fests as per the institute calendar.
  • Support departmental planning, student engagement initiatives, and co-curricular development.
  • Represent the department in academic committees, strategic discussions, and institutional decision-making forums.



5. Academic Leadership & Administration


  • Provide leadership to junior faculty members through mentorship and academic guidance.
  • Take up administrative responsibilities such as Program Coordinator, Academic Advisor, or Committee Head when required.
  • Promote a culture of discipline, academic integrity, and continuous learning within the department.
