As a part of our growing team, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, managing customer relationships and account-mining
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability, proven sales expertise, and the ability to develop and execute high-impact strategies to drive revenue across both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Identify and target high-potential clients in across all industries.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship management.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives.
- Present tailored demonstrations and proposals to address client-specific ESG needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and timely resolution of issues.
- Market Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor market trends and competitive offerings to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide detailed sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market insights to leadership.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Environmental Science, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, or ESG-related solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets preferably with international exposure
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Passion for sustainability and understanding of global ESG trends and regulations.
