We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Grade K, Vice President, to join our External Reporting team. This role is located in Pune/Chennai, - HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Purpose of the Role: The Regulatory Policy Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's compliance with laws and regulations. They will establish policies and procedures, ensure company-wide understanding and adherence, and act as the point of contact for all regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regulatory policies and procedures to ensure the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure that the company adapts its operations accordingly.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on regulatory compliance matters.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure regulatory considerations are integrated into product development and business operations.
- Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and represent the company during regulatory inspections and audits.
- Prepare reports for senior management on the status of regulatory compliance within the company.
- Doing an impact assessment for new products\regulation
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Required Qualifications:
- A qualified accountant\MBA from Tier1\Tier 2 institute
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the relevant industry.
- Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment and applicable laws(BASEL\CRR\PRA\FCA\EBA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex regulations to a non-technical audience.
