About this role:This is a full-time remote Co-Founder position.The Co-Founder will contribute to driving the strategic direction of the business, scaling operations, and expanding the customer base.Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, identifying market opportunities, creating and executing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.Additionally, the Co-Founder will engage in research to continuously enhance service offerings and foster growth.Your company specializes in helping startups and grassroots entrepreneurs achieve their initial sales milestones quickly and profitably. With over 15 years of experience in sales, packaging, logistics, and distribution, your team caters to Agri, Food, FMCG, EdTech initiatives, FPOs, SHGs, and D2C brands.Key Responsibilities:Manage sales pipelinesIdentify market opportunitiesCreate and execute marketing strategiesBuild strong relationships with stakeholdersTo be successful, you will need to be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and a collaborative team player.
