Job Title: Program ManagerWe are seeking a skilled Program Manager to coordinate and deliver multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have strong ownership, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple building-level projects ensuring smooth onboarding and timely delivery of utility data connections.Collect and organise all project-related information including utility invoices, meter photos, consent forms, building contact details, and tenant information.Coordinate the collection of consumption data across electricity, gas, heat, PV, and water utilities.Act as the central communication point between internal teams, clients, hardware partners, installers, and building stakeholders.Schedule and conduct project kick-off meetings, bi-weekly or monthly progress updates, and provide clear reporting on project milestones.Investigate how utility data can be obtained across new regions, identify potential data partners or hardware providers, and propose scalable solutions.Prioritise tasks effectively, maintain a clear overview of all ongoing projects, and ensure progress against agreed timelines.Documentation of all steps taken and deliverables in Salesforce, our portal, and SharePoint.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or operations, preferably in a SaaS company.Experience collaborating with international teams or clients.Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and spoken English (other European languages are a plus).Proficiency in Excel; ability to identify issues or inconsistencies in data, familiarity with Python or APIs is a strong plus.Benefits:This is a remote position.Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Amsterdam time.The consultant will be required to provide a valid GST registration number.
