Job Description:We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our incentives and rebates programs.The ideal candidate will have experience in research, energy incentive programs, or grant administration, with a strong understanding of U.S. energy policies and clean-tech funding changes.This role involves researching, applying for, and tracking all relevant energy incentives, grants, and rebates offered by U.S. federal, state, and utility programs.The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our operations, estimating, and finance teams to ensure every eligible project receives available financial benefits.Key Responsibilities:Research and maintain a live database of U.S. energy incentive programs.Prepare and submit incentive and rebate applications with required technical and financial documentation.Track application progress, approval status, and payout timelines.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Public Policy, or Energy Management.3+ years of experience in research, energy incentive programs, or grant administration.Strong English communication and writing skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PDF editing, and online research.Benefits:Competitive salary in INR (based on experience).Performance bonus tied to successful incentive and rebate capture.About the Ideal Candidate:You are a detail-oriented, resourceful, and passionate individual who enjoys research and problem-solving.You want your work to make a measurable impact supporting renewable energy, electrification, and climate-focused infrastructure projects across the U.S.
