Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media and digital advertising strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels to achieve business goals. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Planning & Strategy:
Develop comprehensive media plans aligned with business objectives and budgets.
Identify the most effective digital channels (Google Ads, social media, display networks, etc.) for campaign success.
Forecast and allocate budget across campaigns to maximize ROI.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other programmatic channels.
Implement A/B testing to identify high-performing creatives, copy, and audience targeting strategies.
Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement.
Marketing Plans:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align performance marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Develop data-driven marketing plans with a focus on achieving measurable KPIs.
Analyse customer journey and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities.
Google Ads & Paid Media Expertise:
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, shopping, and YouTube ads.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to maximize ad performance.
Stay updated on Google Ads trends, features, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights through detailed reports.
Leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Data Studio to monitor campaign effectiveness.
Provide regular updates on performance, trends, and optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with creative teams for ad content, visuals, and landing pages.
Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of campaigns with business objectives.
Partner with external vendors and agencies for campaign execution, if required.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, media planning, and paid advertising.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms.
Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
Experience in programmatic advertising and remarketing strategies.
Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and organic social media campaigns.
