Job Title: Master Visual ArtistJob Description:Lead the creative vision for AAA games and digital-twin experiences using Unreal Engine.Create high-quality storytelling, visuals, and consistency across all Unreal Engine content.Develop a clear artistic direction for art teams while setting standards inside the engine.Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure Unreal Engine workflows support creative goals.Oversee final in-engine visual quality, including style, tone, lighting, and world presentation.Provide direction for large real-world virtual environments and simulation experiences built in Unreal.Required Skills and Qualifications:A strong background in leading teams and Unreal Engine production is essential.10+ years of experience as a Creative Director in gaming or real-time interactive projects.Hands-on experience leading teams using Unreal Engine for high-quality productions.Proven leadership on large-scale or high-visual-impact projects.Solid artistic foundation (environment, cinematic, or visual design).Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.Software and Tools Expertise:A strong understanding of Unreal Engine features and tools is required.Unreal Engine 4/5 - expert level command of real-time production, cinematics, character tools, and world-building features.Experience with major 3D content tools such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or Houdini.Proficient in texturing and look development tools like Substance and Megascans.Familiar with 2D design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.Understanding of digital-twin and real-world mapping tools, including geo-data and architectural workflows.Preferred Skills:A focus on next-gen visuals and immersive worldbuilding would be beneficial.Experience building large, open, or real-world environments in Unreal Engine.Familiarity with digital-twin concepts or real-world data integration.
