HR Business Partnering:-

  • The incumbent will partner to play a key role in HR Business Partnering & Talent Management.
  • Support in driving the initiative of organizational development initiatives like Performance Management, 360-degree feedback, IJPs , internal movements.
  • Support in driving the Culture building exercise at KIA and working on key issues like employee engagement & retention.
  • Support with Regional Office Expansion plans .
  • Continuously look for ways to simplify and drive process improvements and efficiencies.


Support Activities:-

  • Contributing towards other HR and engagement activities
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Coordinating HR projects (Meeting, Training, Surveys, Events, etc.)
  • Analyzing and preparing reports understanding the needs
  • Being a good team player and managing stake holder's requirement

Required Competencies

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
  • Good Negotiation & Presentation Skills
  • Good in Excel & PPT
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding overall HR Process & best practices
  • Analytics is an added advantage


Required Qualification - Full time MBA or PGDM in relevant field
