You will be part of our Global Capabilities team located in Hyderabad where you are part of the talent attraction and engagement team. In this team we have several colleagues, like paid media specialists, SEO specialists, paid media analysts and currently we are looking for a digital analyst to support our organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing Google Analytics data from multiple websites
  • create and maintain dashboards and reports for different stakeholders
  • support our Global analytics team with google tag management requests
  • assist in testing of new tags before implementation on the live websites
  • provide monthly insights based on the different data and dashboards for our leadership team.


Typical outcomes, services and products

  • set up reporting, dashboarding and analysis for different Randstad markets
  • act as a first point of contact reviewing tag management requests
  • support the global analytics team with ad hoc analysis requests
  • maintain and optimize dashboards and reports


Key Expertise

  • Experience of working as an analyst within a global organization
  • Hands on experience with Google Analytics
  • Excellent skills in data analysis using MS Excel and/or GoogleSheets, Looker Studio, power BI, Tableau etc
  • Basic understanding of SQL querying language is a plus
  • Experience in a service delivery environment
  • proactive, not afraid to ask questions and excellent command of English language and communication skills


Qualifications

  • 4-8 years’ experience
  • University (Bachelor's) degree and/or relevant certifications and experiences
