Job Role: Operations, Research & KPI Analyst - Creative Agency

Location: Kokapet, Hyderabad


Job Description: Valyouu Digital is seeking a detail-oriented Operations, Research & KPI Analyst to support our team in enhancing operational efficiency, conducting thorough research, and developing performance metrics for our projects. This role is critical to maintaining and improving the agency’s performance through data analysis, reporting, and strategic insight. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying operational improvements, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to support teams in making data-driven decisions.


Responsibilities:

  • Operational Efficiency: Analyze existing workflows and processes within the agency, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
  • Research & Insights: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights, supporting various departments with relevant data for strategic planning.
  • KPI Development: Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments to ensure performance aligns with client goals and agency standards.
  • Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor and report on KPIs, providing insights on performance trends, potential areas of improvement, and strategies for optimization.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile data from multiple sources to create comprehensive reports that support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with teams to ensure projects remain on schedule, meet deliverables, and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements in project management practices, optimizing for timely and effective execution.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with department heads to keep them informed of performance trends, analysis, and research findings relevant to their areas.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations analysis, research, or KPI management, preferably within an agency or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) and reporting software.
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to draw meaningful insights from data.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and performance metrics is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
