Oracle HCM Functional Consultant Role OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM expert to implement and configure our human capital management modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and a deep understanding of HR business processes.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for effective implementation.Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL to meet organizational needs.Perform comprehensive implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring seamless functionality and user adoption.Conduct thorough functional testing, prepare test scripts, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee high-quality deliverables.Provide ongoing post-go-live support and manage change requests to ensure continued success.Create and maintain detailed documentation, training materials, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for optimal knowledge transfer.Work closely with technical teams to develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Ensure compliance with data privacy and localization requirements, such as GCC, India, and UK regulations.Required Skills & Qualifications:At least 7 years of experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules.Strong expertise in HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles is essential.Proven experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation is necessary.Understanding of HR processes and policies is crucial for success in this role.Familiarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Reports is a significant advantage.Excellent communication, documentation, and client interaction skills are vital for collaboration and stakeholder management.Oracle HCM Cloud certification is highly preferred but not mandatory.
